Every week, you'll have a chance to try something new! You'll have to wait until Margie's is fully open to try our amazing, brick-oven pizzas, but MKC Test Kitchen will bring you rotating selections from the rest of our new food & drink menus - including our gourmet burgers, fresh salads, and signature cocktails.

CHEF DIEGO CHALCO
Diego Chalco is the Head Chef of Margie’s Kitchen and Cocktails.
Chef Diego started his culinary interest at a very early age in Ecuador, but it wasn’t until the year 2000 that he started making his dream come true.
Chef Diego started as a line cook back in 2000 and since then, learning has been one of his priorities. He has fine-tuned his skills at a variety of restaurants around the Twin Cities and became an Executive Chef for Dayton’s Stores (now Macy’s Stores) in 2003.
For the past 16 years Diego has worked as a Chef in different environments and concepts and has continued to refine his craft.
